Capital Campaign Needs
We need your support - if WindberCare is to continue to measure up to your expectations for quality of care.
1. Meet all emergencies. Emergency Services visits to Windber Medical Center have surged from 5,200 to more than 14,000 per year! We must expand Emergency Services.
2. Welcome the future. The increase in maternity services means more of our region's newborn are experiencing WindberCare. We're excited to need more capacity! Help us expand Obstetric Services.
3. Keep getting better. We've done this well for years: Top 15 Hospitals with Heart...a nationally renowned Hospice Program...the Planetree philosophy...and the Joyce Murtha Breast Care Center. But developing new and better ways to care for patients cost money. We need to establish an Endowment Fund for Healthcare's Future!
We're looking for $3,500,000 to finance these ambitions and assure our region of the benefits of WindberCare.
